Today, September 18, I paid for a Gamma subscription and started working with the service. During my work, I used about 150 credits, after which the system reported that all available credits had already been used and offered to pay for the subscription again. Please note that I used approximately 150 credits, not the full amount of credits included in my paid subscription. Therefore, please check the history of the use of loans and the correctness of their cancellation. In addition, my colleague had a similar problem: she paid for the subscription less than a week ago, but the system also reports that all credits have already been used and offers to repay. We don't understand why paid subscriptions stop working so quickly. Please: check my account's credit cancellation history; check whether all loans have actually been used; explain why the system shows that loans have run out; restore access to the remaining loans if an error occurs.

Gamma is terrible at creating functioning websites, the fact that creating a simple navigation menu is an impossible task, the AI doesn´t know how to instruct me let alone do it itself. Navigation menus are an essential part of websites.

I prefer my chat with my agent on the right side of the screen. You moved it to the left. Why can't I have the option to choose?

when I duplicate a deck the name of the original presentation gets copied to the new URL and cannot be changed. this is a problem whenever the original deck being copied contained for example a previous client name.

OK, another issue I found aside form the no matter what format you set the page for slide when you click present it doesn't show the fluid slide. I can even download what I have as a PDF. It just download the cut off version. So now I'm stuck giving my lesson in edit mode.... I provide the cut off slides below. Crazy frustrating. Again this is a beta I get it. but we should have the option to go back. I regret so much hitting the "try beta" button.

Slides created by Gamma 5 were subpar, they were simply verbose and no creativity. I had to get the slides created again on classic generator.

I no longer need or use Gamma, and I did not intend to authorize the automatic renewal of my subscription. As I have not used the service since the renewal, I kindly ask you to reverse the charge and refund the amount to my original payment method as soon as possible. I would sincerely appreciate your support, as I currently need the refunded money for other essential expenses. What I did Imported an 8-slide .pptx into Gamma. Every slide had speaker notes attached in PowerPoint. I chose the faithful / as-is import option. What happened Slides, body text, and images all came across correctly — no complaints there. Every speaker note was silently dropped. All eight cards arrived with empty notes panels, and there was no warning during import that anything had been discarded. What I expected Notes present in the source file land in each card's speaker notes panel. Why this matters more than it looks At 8 slides I just retyped them and moved on. That's why you probably don't hear about this much. At 70 slides nobody retypes anything — they conclude Gamma can't take their existing decks and they don't migrate. The users this hurts worst never become users, so they never file a ticket. I'd guess that's why this gap has stayed open. It also cuts against your own docs. Your import article says content can come in "exactly as-is." Your speaker notes article describes notes as a first-class feature. Neither one mentions that the two don't connect, so there's no way to find this out except by losing the notes. The fix PPTX stores notes in ppt/notesSlides/notesSlideN.xml, related to each slide by an explicit relationship. Mapping that to the card notes panel is a direct one-to-one — the data is already structured and labeled in the file you're parsing. Google Slides and Keynote both round-trip these on .pptx import and export. Two questions Is speaker note import on the roadmap, and is there any timeline? Does the reverse work — when I export a Gamma deck to .pptx, do card notes get written into the PowerPoint notes pane? I haven't tested it and your docs don't say.

The presentation generation does not look as good as previous versions, and the functionality does not seem to be very complete either. The features of previous and previous versions, such as the style selection of images, are no longer available. RESULTING IN PRESENTATIONS THAT COME OUT, SOMETIMES WITH JUST PLAIN TEXT. No illustrations. The quality has been reduced by a lot than before
