Feature requests

I’m genuinely disappointed with Gamma 5. I have spent a significant amount of time dealing with Gamma’s AI repeatedly failing to follow relatively straightforward instructions. On numerous occasions, I have had to repeat the same request over and over, only to end up with essentially the same result. This has cost me a considerable amount of time and has become extremely frustrating. Now, with Gamma 5, I’m experiencing another serious issue: my existing presentation themes are not being properly preserved. Gamma appears to use my theme, but then introduces design changes that I did not request. If I created and refined a theme myself, I expect Gamma to respect and preserve it—not reinterpret it. I am a paying customer, and at this price level, I expect a much more reliable and consistent experience. I understand that Gamma 5 is still evolving. If this is still a development and testing phase, then I strongly encourage the team to take this kind of user feedback seriously and improve the way existing themes are handled. To be completely honest, I have started questioning whether continuing to pay for Gamma makes sense when there are other AI presentation tools that may offer a more reliable experience. I genuinely want Gamma to improve, but at the moment, Gamma 5 is making it increasingly difficult for me to justify staying with the platform.

The new environment consumes too much credit, in addition to generating very poor presentations. I would like to go back to the previous one - exit the beta, go back to the previous one and get my credits back. Of almost 5000 today I have almost 130. I feel hurt.

I cannot make any changes in the documen, because it doesn't even recognize where the mouse is and where I am trying to click. This is completely useless and I cannot create a document in an old version by hand. This made Gamma completely unusable.

I love Gamma. I came from Canva attracted by the amount of options and the ease of editing, but this is becoming unsustainable; performance is getting worse and worse, you can't work like that. Every time I want to move the cursor, the interface takes 6 or 8 seconds to respond. My presentation has about 100 slides and I have used Firefox, Brave and Chrome and it happens in all three browsers. The processor is at 20% and the memory is at 70%, so it's not a computer problem. Please fix it. Thank you.

The new model generated a carousel that looks like a document... boring, ugly without creativity. When I asked to edit, it made a mistake and couldn't reverse. And all this while spending more credits

This has gotten worse by the day and deteriorating fast. I don't like the experience and the performance and my time is running out to continue to use this crap

1 - The ergonomics of this new version are confusing. Difficult to find your way around 2 - the quality of presentation delivery is much lower than the old version

I've used Gamma for months for slide decks and have LOVED it. Today I'm trying to create a deck and am on my third try with multiple fixes and variations in each to try to get something that works. It's generating completely different (awful) output than before, I'm spending hours where I used to spend minutes. So disappointing! Would love to see it return to its previous great quality, otherwise I'll be leaving.
