Improve powerpoint export quality
IRON DAN
When it comes to exporting to PowerPoint I suppose it has a predefined size for the slides, which means that if my presentation in gamma has a size, when I want to export it to pptx it is cropped and it looks weird or there are parts left out, my recommendation is that they add some type of preview with a frame the size of the pptx slide so that the user can make sure that everything will be in the margins and he will not have to be exporting again and again to see the changes he is making with the size of pptx

При експортиране в който и да е формат, цветовете и качеството на изображението спадат драстично до степен, че просто е невъзможно да се представи.

Export Quality to PDF, PPT or Google Slides is poor
P
Phil Morris
When exporting to any format the colouring and image quality drops off a cliff to the point it is simply not presentable. This will ultimately stop me using Gamma as you need to accept that the end target is not always to keep the presentation in your tool

After exporting PPT, the background display is not complete, the transparency is not enough, and the original background is blocked on the exported page

When I was very satisfied with the export of my PPT, I found that whether I use Office2016 or Office2010 to open, it is a lot different from the picture I edited on Gamma, the quality of the picture decreases, especially the background, when I download a PPT, I found that it is very cool to display on Gamma, and it becomes very ordinary after exporting, I clicked on the display background option, but the background display degree is still not up to it

Bug: Background & themes do not update in google slides
Lawrence Kitson
When exporting to google slides, Slide background colours do not update when chenging them in google slides.. A workaround for background colour is to upload a pptx version and copy across to the presentation, however backgrounds look like they update on the thumbnail, but the each slide require you to change background again

Read Only Exports???

Ed Jarecki
I do not understand why when trying to modify and presentations, they are Read Only. Why? This really limits use when leveraging for different solutions.

Thanks, Nick... Yes, once they are in PowerPoint. I combine and reuse for different parts of the same project (eg., full length video and shorts). Frequently, I come to work I did the previous day and some or all of the graphics created by Gamma are missing. What does "Slide Masters" mean?
Nik Payne (Gamma design)
Ed Jarecki: The slide master is kind of the master template "behind" your content. It makes certain elements harder to accidentally edit like headers and footers

hi Ed Jarecki, are you having issues editing the exports? They should be editable, although we do put backgrounds into slide masters

Slides are too heavy
Massimo Butti
For Themes with dark or full background the slides when exported to .ppt become very heavy (1MB+per slide). It would be great to have lighter background templates or suggest colour schemes that might make slides lighter when exported to .ppt.
