Reusable content and media library

This has been requested a few times now, but gamma users have asked for a place to put images, logos and ai-generated images for workspace users to see.

Disappointing doesn't cover it

AFter watching a few intro to gamma videos I set my chatGPT to helping me create the prompt I would need here. Gamma overwrote my explicit instructions NOT to create any theming (I don't want any of yours this time), doesn't show me a gallery of my uploaded images, changed the theme colors I specified in an uploaded PPTX, launched the BETa that charges credits when I tried to apply fixes to the mayhem gamma created to begin with and has the NERVE TO CHARGE CREDITS FOR A BETA ASPECT (this is borderline immoral and unethical), got worse with every iteration in that it deviated further and further from my VERY SPECIFIC prompt, In short, I have no idea what people this is so great about this tool, I think they are changing their target audience and that audience are rank beginners. I even got the plus account for additional functionality but overall this tool has been a HUGE disappointment. WOW. and the UX is about as thin as it comes.
one star, do not recommend.

From Community: Image Folder System for Error-Free Presentations
Doug Adams
<@U04JWSY84LR> you mentioned folders for gammas prior - got me thinking about something I think would be useful and I'm building for my platform right now - folders for images
the photo realistic style seems to be the most popular with my testers, but it's also the version that seems most prone to making up text, logos, or other errors. on my platform, we are making presentations for agents to provide instantly for clients and they don't get a chance to edit them, or in cases where they generate their own materials, they can't edit unless they have their own gamma acct but even then it's always nice not to need to.
we're not having any issues with our prompts getting the desired text, but it's really only the images generated that could produce a surprise.
our accounts store all our images, so it would be amazing if I could take images I like and put them into folders with names - basically approved pictures for particular purposes - then in my prompts I could tell it to pull a random image from one of those specific folders. that way I'm positive that the image won't have any unwanted errors and wouldn't have to edit.
I could just generate for days getting different images that would be 'approved' for use.
obviously there's some other nuances like matching theme colors, but I could have folders for different themes.
anyway, it solves the problem of having to check images. now that we can pass images via api think I'm going to build this into our system and store images to pull from, but I think it would be useful for others.
I could even upload images from other sources into my folder for use. I expect that would also save credits for each generation if I was using images already made prior and using them multiple times. have my own image library to pull from.

add my logo
I'd be happy to add your logo! Could you please upload the logo image file, or if you have it hosted somewhere, share the URL? Once you provide the logo, I can add it to your masterclass card.
but it is already in gamma
I can help you add your logo from your Gamma library! However, I need you to either:
Select the logo image from your Gamma library first, then I can insert it into this card, or
Tell me the name or description of your logo so I can search for it in your images
Once I can identify which image is your logo, I'll add it to your masterclass card in an appropriate location.
isn't there a buld in function for this?
You're right! Let me check what images are available in your document that I can work with.
Loaded images
I can see the current images in your document, but I don't see your logo among them. To add your logo, you can:
Drag and drop your logo from your Gamma media library directly into the card
Use the image insert button in the editor to browse and select your logo
Upload your logo if it's not already in your Gamma library

Upload brand media

Sarah Bacich
Would like to be able to add brand's images, headshot, pictures of the business to be able to remix into the content. Very applicable for marketing content - painful to upload individually per a slide rather than remix as a dropdown option

If you're interested grab some time on my calendar: calendly.com/nik-at-gamma

Thanks Sarah Bacich. Making templates and using remix is probably the closest option we have right now, but a more complete media library is on our radar.
I would love to chat with you and pick your brain on how it could work

Add an image library, so that our own images can be uploaded and uses way faster. Now we have to upload our own images again every single time.
Nik Payne (Gamma design)
Thanks Mariska. I'm thinking about this now! (I'm a product designer here)
I would love to chat with you to about what you would want in an image library:

Olá, vocês poderiam criar uma maneira em que pudessemos organizar as imagens criadas em pastas ou por temas para facilitar a busca
Nik Payne (Gamma design)
Thanks Adriano. This is on our radar!
