Feature requests

I want to use Gamma for design and then export the final product as a document maintaining all of the formatting.

Export Animated Images with their animation. I love the new feature of animating images but I cannot export the video to any other program so I can add a voiceover or even to share on Instagram/Facebook.

Hi Gamma team, First of all, thank you for a fantastic tool — Gamma has become my go-to for creating impactful, structured presentations quickly. I especially appreciate the option to add speaker notes to each slide. I’d like to suggest a feature that would significantly improve my workflow: the ability to export speaker notes separately — either as plain text, a Google Doc, or as a section within the PDF (e.g. "Print notes only"). Why this would help: I often use Gamma to prepare for presentations or workshops, and the notes contain key talking points or scripts. Being able to export them separately would allow me to review, print, share with colleagues, or repurpose them into facilitator guides or blog posts. Currently, I have to copy/paste each note manually, which is time-consuming for longer decks. Even a basic "Export all notes to .txt or .docx" would be extremely useful. When it comes to exporting to PowerPoint I suppose it has a predefined size for the slides, which means that if my presentation in gamma has a size, when I want to export it to pptx it is cropped and it looks weird or there are parts left out, my recommendation is that they add some type of preview with a frame the size of the pptx slide so that the user can make sure that everything will be in the margins and he will not have to be exporting again and again to see the changes he is making with the size of pptx

When I export PDFs of documents set to "document/letter" in page setup, the resulting download is not formatted to print 8.5 x 11 and has to be "shrink to fit" in the print dialogue. The file that comes out is usually 12.5 width and 16.1 or 16.5 length (it varies). I've tried multiple settings to see if I can figure out why it's doing this, and I'm stumped.

Hi! When exporting a presentation to PowerPoint, the speaker notes are automatically included in the resulting PPTX. Similar to my last ticket on optionally turning off speaker notes when sharing, it would be great to have the option to turn off speaker notes in the export. Currently I export to PPTX and then must clear out the speaker notes if I don't want those included. A toggle to turn speaker notes on or off would make this much easier. Thank you! Chris

When exporting to PowerPoint or PPTX, include the animations.

U.S. letter dimensions for exporting documents in pdf do not export in 8.5" x 11" - they are 12.1 x 16" - Can you fix the export function so that it exports the document in the correct dimension?

I hide a slide, preview doesn't show but when export to PDF it shows. Also would be great there is a pop up for "email us". And we can adjust left and right margin (attach image - its all the way to the edge of left and right margin).

It would be great to be able to publish our Gammas directly on Facebook as we do on Instagram. In my case I have to download as an image, unzip the zip and then post to Facebook. If implemented my productivity would improve.
