The SEO effect of this website will be very bad. I hope to add alt elements to images and fields such as website meta that can be filled in by ourself.

So we can put on our own servers. ideally even with ftp access so if we make changes you can sync them to our servers

Like websites have menu, an option for a similar footer for all pages would be great to include links to social medias, contacts, terms&conditions etc.

I think would be great to have a way to add custom code in the website. Then it will be easier to add new things that are not possible only using the IA.
