Quality is getting worse and worse

I’ve been a loyal Gamma user with a paid plan for a while now, and I rely on it heavily to create slides for my classes. In the beginning, it was fantastic. Unfortunately, the quality has really dropped over time, and it’s getting pretty frustrating.
A few major issues keep popping up:
Export formatting breaks: Everything looks great inside the app, but as soon as I export, half the images completely disappear, and the fonts randomly shrink or blow up. It just doesn't respect the layout.
Renaming bugs: When I duplicate a file (say, from "Document X" to "Document Y"), the exported file still downloads under the old name ("Document X"). This bug has been around for months and still hasn't been fixed.
Instead of getting smoother, the platform feels like it’s breaking more with every update. I’m forced to spend a ton of time manually fixing things after exporting. I’m keeping my subscription because I need it for work, but I really hope these long-standing bugs get addressed soon.

Hey Guadalupe  Gutierrez Garro, really appreciate the detailed writeup, and sorry you’ve been dealing with this. I’ll pass this along to the team, especially the export issues and the duplicated-file export name bug sticking around for months.
Quick couple questions so we can make this actionable:
1) What export format are you using when this happens (PDF, PowerPoint, etc), and are you exporting from Mac or Windows?
2) For the missing images, are they uploaded images, embedded links, or generated assets inside Gamma?
If you’re up for it, a screenshot of how it looks in-app vs the exported result (even just one example) would help a ton, but no worries if that’s a hassle.

Hi Nik Payne (Gamma design) I appreciate your response. I really want this to work. 1) I use a intel core Dell laptop, so it is Windows. The school keeps all the Windows updates, so I restart often. I always export it as a Google Slide so I can put it in Google Classroom. Nothing has changed in the way I do it, but Gamma has been changing. 2) They are uploaded images. The duplicated names sometimes works and sometimes do not, so it is inconsitent. Here are 2 screenshots. Thanks for your help.
