increase character limit of additionalinstructions

increase character limit from 2000 to 4000 for 'additionalInstructions' parameter in API

Icon Sizes-API Generate from Template

The icons are becoming way too large when generating via API from a template. Everything else is working "pretty well" (I wish web search for logos was more reliable) however. Thanks
