Working Platform Environment

Please share how I can work in a dark platform environment. the light background is hard on my eyes. I have enjoyed working in a dark background and with the last update this seemed to have changed.

Hey Dawn Kirk, thanks for flagging this and sorry the update made things harder on your eyes. I’ll pass this along to the team. Quick question so we can narrow it down: are you seeing the light background everywhere in Gamma, or only in specific places (editor, presenting, settings, etc), and what browser are you on (Chrome/Safari/Edge)?

Hello Nik. Thanks for your prompt response. I see the light background on the workspace outside of chosen themes. Previously my background was dark with theme choice varying based on chosen project theme.
I just checked a few older gammas and the dark background with editing options on the side still stand. I personally prefer that layout. However new projects are on a light background environment with editing options at the top. I would like the option to keep the old arrangement if possible. I do not see that feature currently in my account settings or any other settings for that matter.
Hopefully this can be an alternative.
