Unexpected Deduction of Approximately 300 Credits

I would like to report an issue with my Gamma account. My credits are being deducted unexpectedly, and I have just lost around 300 credits without understanding why. I am concerned there may be a technical issue with my account. I have already raised this with support and request that the deduction be investigated and the credits restored. I would also appreciate a clear escalation mechanism if this cannot be resolved.
