trouble exporting

I'm having trouble exporting a PDF file; the font appears differently than the one specified in the website's design. I've tried all the fonts, but the problem persists. It's in Arabic. Please help. (Images attached)

Hi Team,
We’re using Gamma.app extensively for creating and rendering our presentations, but we’re experiencing recurring issues with both PPTX and PDF exports.
During export, the presentation sometimes changes from the original Gamma design. We’ve noticed issues such as:
Design elements and layouts getting jumbled or shifting positions
Text getting merged or attached to other words
Text appearing incorrectly or as gibberish
Fonts and formatting not rendering as they appear in Gamma
Overall slide layouts becoming distorted
This happens intermittently across both PPTX and PDF exports, which makes it difficult for us to use the exported presentations directly for client-facing and internal work.
Could you please help us understand what might be causing this and recommend the best export workflow, settings, or workaround to ensure the exported PPTX/PDF matches the original Gamma presentation accurately?
If this is a known issue, we’d also appreciate any information on a potential fix or timeline for resolution.
We’re happy to share sample Gamma presentations, exported files, and screenshots of the issues to help your team investigate.
Thanks,

Hey Bader Alsalamah, thanks for the screenshots and sorry you’re hitting this. Font changes on PDF export (especially for Arabic) are super frustrating, and I’ll pass this along to the team.
Quick couple questions so we can make it actionable:
1) Are you exporting from Mac or Windows, and which browser (Chrome/Safari/Edge)?
2) Does the font look wrong only in the exported PDF, or does it also look wrong when you open that PDF in a different viewer (Preview vs Adobe Reader, etc)?
Also, if you can share which Arabic font you expected vs what it turns into in the PDF, that’d help a lot.
