I gave a word file in French to do a gamma, and twice he did it to me in a foreign language?? He is wrong but on the other hand the Credits are running out because I ask him to correct it!!! I am not happy at all! Your concept is great but you are stealing it from me!!! And that I don't like at all

Hey LucyKath Soles, sorry about that, I’d be frustrated too, especially if it’s burning credits while you’re trying to fix it. Can you share 1) what language it generated in, 2) the exact steps you took (upload Word, then what you clicked), and 3) whether this happened on the same file both times or different files? I’ll pass this to the team so we can dig in.
