Hi Dou Pierre SIKA I'm sorry you've been dealing with this issue for over a week.
To fix this issue, could you help me understand what's happening? What type of documents are you trying to import (Word, PDF, Google Docs)? And what happens when you try - do you see an error message, or does nothing happen?

When I import a Word or PowerPoint document containing text and images for my presentations, I receive an error message indicating that the import has failed.
