Support iPAD editing and presenting
Chris PW
Come on guys. How can you show a preview for Mobiles and Tablets and it does not display on the device the same. You can't edit so when you spend hours making creations the preview is not the same as the device.

Add UNDO button for Tablets
Steven Ingino
please fix your AI. I asked it to revert to previous text on one slide and it reverted all of my pages. I had already made 100s of little changes. Now I have to redo them all. It will take me weeks.
I clearly said in the chat to just undo the last text change and it reverted the whole presentation to a much earlier version.
- It should ask "are you sure that you want to revert the entire presentation back"
- It should have more recent saves for past points to go back to
- The AI should be trained to know the difference between reverting a sentence or some text vs. the whole presentation.
This has been very stressful and is causing many problems with work.

Steven Ingino ugh, I’m really sorry. That sounds brutal, especially after making hundreds of small edits.
Thanks for spelling this out so clearly. I’m going to pass this to the team. Quick couple questions so we can pin down what happened:
1) What device + app were you on (iPad/Android tablet, browser name/version if you know it)?
2) Do you remember the exact chat prompt you used (or close to it) and whether you clicked any “revert” or “restore version” option after the AI responded?
Also, if you’re comfortable sharing a screenshot of the chat + the moment it reverted, that would help a ton.

Nik Payne (Gamma design) thanks for your response. I was using a TCL nxt plus tablet, android and the downloaded app. I basically told her to undo the recent text change and it reverted all the slides. I wrote to Support and they told me about the version history and I was able to get everything back thankfully. It’s too late to get the screenshot now – it’s all gone due to the version history.

Expanding the card boxes

it would be nice if the software would allow us to expand the image or text size using a 2-finger touchscreen manual enlargement method. This would ensure the most efficient use of the space in each block. This is an awesome app overall!

Hey David Hunter, appreciate the thoughtful suggestion and the kind words. I’ll pass this along to the team. Quick couple questions so we capture it right: 1) are you mainly trying to pinch-to-zoom the content inside a card (image/text) or actually resize the card/block itself? 2) what device are you on (iPad, Surface, Chromebook, etc) and where does this feel most limiting in your workflow?

To me, my gamma prez looks perfect on iPad. I have a keyboard connected to my iPad, so no problem. How hard could it be to detect it's on an iPad and put little > and < to tap on the screen for those without keyboards. Swipe would make sense; it might be harder - I don't know.

Unmöglich am iPad zu bearbeiten
Thomas Mayer
Nervig!
