Shortcomings with Gamma Updates

I was super impressed with Gamma in July last year and have been regularly using it - since Jan this year, with some new updates, the quality has come down significantly, to the point I am seriously evaluating closing my subscription and move to another service
The Ai generation is repetitive and not to the standard  - does not follow instructions, sticks to say 3 boxes, even if 4 can be accommodated and 4 is what is needed,  title pages are not formatted, images are not cropped and positioned correctly etc.
if it took 1 hour earlier to convert a report into a proper document or a presentation, not it takes more than 3 hours, with only 60% quality of output.
Review and let me know what I need to do to get back to the original experience?

Hey Ram Subramanian, really appreciate you laying this out. Sorry the recent updates have made Gamma feel like a step back, that’s super frustrating, and I’ll pass this to the team.
To help us pinpoint what changed and get you closer to the July experience, a couple quick questions:
1) When you say “since Jan”, was that around a specific workflow (starting from AI generate vs importing a doc/report), and what kind of content are you converting (length, format)?
2) On the layout issues (stuck to 3 boxes, title page formatting, image crop/position), do you have a recent example we can look at (prompt + output, or a screenshot) and what you expected instead?
Also, are you seeing this consistently across all decks/docs or only certain ones?

See the examples in the attached files - creating a first page and second page for my document - the first page never gets to the A4 size - it always in full screen.  I cannot adjust the size of the image vs text, and the options to address the fonts of the front page are limited.
The second page screenshot shows the typical issue - when given as a key call out with some stats, earlier we used to get excellent format.  Now the call out is so huge, and the content is not fitting in 1 page. The layout and presentation are below par.  I stopped working further on this project with Gamma.
