It would be cool if I could turn a gamma I've made into a reusable template that anyone in my workspace could use, so I didn't have to duplicate it each time

Workspace templates are currently available on the Pro plan (in beta), and we will be rolling them out next week as a Pro feature!

I ended up turning this for all of the emails that upvoted this feature as of today! Make sure you refresh your browser.
You should see a template option on the create screen, and an updated 'Templates' tab on the dashboard
