Really disappointed with the graphic agent lately

Hi Gamma,
I use Gamma a lot, especially for graphics, and I used to create Facebook ads with it all the time. I absolutely loved the graphic agent and was consistently impressed with what it could do.
But honestly, since the update about a month ago, I feel like the graphic agent has completely fallen apart.
The results I’m getting now are really, really bad. The biggest issue is product distortion, which was actually one of the things Gamma was so good at before. Products now come out warped or completely changed. The layouts are often terrible, and the agent frequently doesn’t follow the prompt at all.
I’m honestly very frustrated and disappointed. I used to love using this tool and trusted it a lot for my work, and now I’m struggling to get anything usable out of it.
It’s really such a shame because the graphic agent used to be one of the best things about Gamma. I really hope you can look into what changed, because the difference is huge.

Hey noa ben adiva, really appreciate you laying this out. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this, especially if you were relying on the graphic agent for Facebook ads and it used to be solid. I’ll pass this along to the team because the product distortion and prompt-following regressions sound like a big deal.
Quick couple questions so we can make this actionable:
1) When you say “about a month ago”, do you remember roughly when you first noticed it (or was it right after a specific update)?
2) If you’re up for it, can you share 1-2 example prompts plus the output where the product got warped or the layout ignored the prompt (screenshots are perfect)?

Hi Nik,
Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. I honestly didn’t expect anyone to respond, so I really appreciate it.
I’m not writing this just to complain. I genuinely want you guys to fix the tool, because I really like using it and would love to see the graphic agent get back to where it was.
The issue started about two weeks ago, around mid September.
Most of the prompt understanding problems happen after the initial prompt, when I’m already in a conversation with the agent and trying to make changes to one image. As the conversation continues, it often stops following the instructions properly.
I’ve mainly encountered this with product images. The products often get distorted, changed, or rearranged instead of being kept intact.
For example, with the box image, I gave exact dimensions and positioning for all three boxes, but it still couldn’t execute the layout correctly. In the end, it actually changed the product completely.
With the menorah images, I specifically asked it not to distort or alter the products, but the menorahs were still changed in the output.
I also got a response from the agent saying that it isn’t good at product layout and that I should use Photoshop instead.
I have screenshots showing the different attempts and results, which should give you a good idea of what I’m seeing.
