Re-mix Eating Credits

Twice now, I have tried to use the re-mix feature, and the agent just started making up it's own freaking presentation: different theme, different colors, etc. Obviously, this completely defeats the purpose of the re-mix feature. And it pisses me off because it still ate my credits. I'd like there to be a report feature so when this happens, those credits can be credited back to your account.

Hey Meagan Hefte, yeah that’s super frustrating. Thanks for spelling it out, I’ll pass this along to the team. Quick question so we can make it actionable: when you hit re-mix, what were you expecting it to keep the same (theme/colors/fonts/layout), and what did it change into instead? If you’re up for it, a screenshot of the before and after would help a ton.
