I love the app, but when trying to work with automations and considering the cost of the Pro subscription, i think that the API access should be available for the Plus members too. Maybe not free as part of the plan , but as most of the big APIs that are pay as you go.

Currently Gamma chat bot recommends people that want to try Gamma Pro, to subscribe to it and if the product is not to their liking to "get a full refund". I personally wanted to subscribe to the Plus plan, because I'm almost certain, that is the right plan for me. However I think it would be good that Gamma had an option for new Plus subscribers to try Gamma Pro just for like 1-3 days, so they can make an upgrade choice right away. I just want to try the Pro's better image generation capabilities, and I will get the Pro if the image generation is better. Right now you just make the process of trying Gamma pro a silly hassle of fiddling with refunds etc. Waste of customers time and losing potential revenue from people like me that are not going to try Pro tier because I don't want to go thru some refund hassle.

I understand that free subscribers don't get any free trials, that has become very common recently across the board, not just Gamma to avoid abuse. But I don't understand when customers that are already giving you money flows aren't marketed higher tiers.

I wanted to share some feedback on your pricing plans. While I appreciate the new features available in the Pro plan, the $10 monthly price jump is a significant consideration. For me, the current capabilities of the AI have some room for improvement, which makes it difficult to commit to the higher cost. I hope you'll consider this perspective as you evolve your plans. In the meantime, I will need to evaluate other options.

Credit should not be club to subscription. Subscription should be made available to commericial, not for personal use. For personal, use, people must have option to buy credit using paypal or similar to use it for personal use like teaching students or childrens.

The App is very nice but its very expensive for developed nations such as Egypt and Africa try creating different pricing for less developed countries
