I write to express deep dissatisfaction with the current performance of Gamma.app. The export to PowerPoint is in a state that I consider unacceptable: loss of formatting, disorganization of visual elements, and the absence of a stable 16:9 output. In practice, I spend more time correcting the exported presentation than it would take to create it manually.

The AI responsible for the layout adjustments is also not at the expected level. It often ignores simple instructions and produces random results, which completely compromises the workflow.

At this time, the performance of your product does not match what they advertise. I request a concrete solution or a clear indication of when these problems will be resolved.
