Hey Nick Talwar, yeah our product isn't set up well to handle page numbers, headers, footers etc—which prevents the AI from doing something useful here. It's something I [myself] will probably leading design efforts on in 2025 though. Stay tuned

Disclosure or Confidentiality Statement for Themes
Fred Byron
Hi Gamma Team,
I wanted to suggest a new feature that I think would be a great addition and could streamline workflows for many users.
The idea is to integrate a
disclosure statement feature
directly into the theme options. Here’s how it could work: - Purpose:This would allow users to define a default disclosure statement (e.g., “Proprietary and Confidential – Not for Disclosure Without Prior Consent”) that could be automatically added to all slides within a presentation.
- Placement and Formatting:The disclosure statement would appear at the bottom of each slide, in small, centered text. This ensures it doesn’t interfere with the slide content but remains visible and professional.
- Theme Integration:Once defined in a theme, the disclosure would automatically apply to any future presentations or slides created with that theme. This would save time and effort, as users wouldn’t need to manually add or format disclosures on each individual slide.
- Customizable Options:
- The ability to exclude specific slides from showing the disclosure (e.g., the first or last slide, which often feature images or titles).
- The option to selectively apply disclosures to only certain sections or slide types (e.g., just the body slides).
Right now, my workflow involves manually adding this disclosure to each slide, resizing and centering it individually to match the layout. While this works, it’s time-intensive and repetitive. Having this as part of the theme properties would make it much easier to manage and maintain consistency across presentations.
Let me know if this is something you’d consider adding! I’d be happy to provide more details or clarify further if needed. I really believe this feature could save users a lot of time while adding a layer of professionalism and customization to Gamma presentations.
Thanks again for all the amazing work you’re doing—I’m constantly impressed with how versatile and user-friendly Gamma is!
Best,
Fred

This is super important. Any updates, Nik Payne (Gamma design)?

Really need a footer! Building a webpage without a standard footer is nearly impossible!
Also could use a better header navigation bar format.

Brand Watermark & Call-to-Action Integration for Slides
Pedro Maia
I would like to request the ability to:
1) Apply a Brand Watermark: Automatically place a customizable watermark (e.g., logo or brand name) on every slide I create. This would help reinforce brand identity and ensure consistent visibility throughout presentations.
2) Call-to-Action Elements: Introduce the ability to insert call-to-action (CTA) slides between content slides and at the end of a presentation. These CTAs could include links, buttons, or text prompts, designed to guide the audience to take specific actions, such as visiting a website, signing up, or making a purchase.
This feature would enhance the branding and engagement potential of my presentations, providing a seamless way to promote my brand and direct viewer actions.

Hey Pedro Maia thanks for the feedback.
Brand Watermark: isn't currently available, but we've had a lot of requests for it, and it's a great idea. I may merge this into that thread.
CTAs: we do have buttons and QR codes (use the / menu to insert them). Are there others you're looking for, or is the ask to include these in the AI generator?
Pedro Maia
Hey Nik Payne (Gamma design), thanks for the quick reply!
Actually, I’m looking to create presets for my brand so that every presentation automatically includes CTAs related to my product. This would ensure consistency and make it easier to maintain a strong brand presence across all slides. Ideally, the ability to set up pre-configured CTAs (like buttons, QR codes, etc.) that appear at defined points in each presentation would be great.
Let me know if this makes sense or if there’s anything else I can clarify!

Pedro Maia got it. Would the presentations have the same general format? If that's the case, pairing a custom gamma template with the AI generator might be the move
