Include references, citations, bibliography, links and image sources
SYYK, LLC
When asking the AI generated slides or document it would be great to have the original source references that the AI is pulling to generate the information. It could be in the form of links in the slides or reference footnote numbers in the notes section of the slides. See how perplexity does footnotes and copilot / openAI link to webpages and videos to show supporting information.

No ability to check hallucinations

Generated slides are based on information that cannot be verified and appears to be fabricated. There should be a query function to address false or incorrect information that changes the entire premise of the slide. There should be a link to the source.

Loved the presentation it created, but it completely fabricated quotes and resources, even when I asked for citations and urls.

AI Data Accuracy Issues in Gamma Creation
C
Culture Coach
Hey Folks - when I am creating Gammas (and I know other folks who have this issue too), the AI often includes what sounds like a great stat or piece of information. But, it does not provide a source for the data and when I fact check it, the information is rarely correct. But, when I use Claude for example and ask for similar data, it is able to provide data I can fact check and it can link sources. I am putting this under bugs as I think that it is an issue that needs to get fixed. I can also cross post under ideas and requests.

Thanks Culture Coach. I will pass this along to our AI team

Nik Payne (Gamma design) Thanks Nik. For example, this is what Claude came back with when I asked it to fact check a stat I got today. "Based on my extensive search, I was unable to locate the specific statement or research report from Catalyst that contains the exact quote you provided: "Leading companies now embed DEI into core business strategies, linking inclusion directly with ESG metrics, mental health initiatives, and innovation outcomes (Catalyst, 2025)."

AI Build from "inspired by" leaders, authors, or files.

Creating the powerpoint with AI was fantastic...BUT I want the ability to add references, resources, examples so that it creates it much much closer to the outcome desired. For example, I've been creating a webinar power point. I've used Russell Brunson and the perfect webinar as our guide. The AI should take this into account and create slides that help shape the script - SIMPLY - rather than dumping most of the text onto the slides leaving me hours more work. That's just one angle, one example out of at least 6 others I could give but I think this suffices. Thanks

Include credits for Unsplash images

As an educator, I want to model good citation and credit practices. I love that Unsplash is an option for images, but it's a pain to manually add credits. Can you automatically add credits for those images? Thanks!
