Improve social format (eg. larger font sizes, improved layouts, 9:16 pixel size)
David Chonoko
Gamma cards are too tiny to read when downloaded and uploaded to social media platforms. There is a serious need for optimization and improvement. We should be able to upload without further customizations, which is not always easy.

Qué mala onda que hayan sacado el modo estudio del plan plus
Leila Fittipaldi
Lo utilizaba para mis carruseles y para promocionar también la app, la versión clásica para social es muy mala y no respeta los tamaños y el resultado es mediocre

Social media formats particularly carousels

I am so desperate for there to be improvement to social media content type. I see so much value in use gamma for carousels and static posts. The issue right now it goes way too text heavy, splits card making it virtually impossible to see etc
A quick win would to remove columns as an option for social posts - ROWs is way better.
From a design perspective its too symetrical where instagram templates that work best have asymetry, bento box designs. I want more atomic design elements.

Stories format is not the right size.

Your "stories" size of "9:16" is NOT the traditional, accepted story size of 1080x1920, which means we can't directly upload those PNGs into a social media scheduler which means creating posts that size here is virtually useless bc we have to go resize them. Please fix this immediately - it is making lives unnecessarily difficult. I don't know why on earth you wouldn't have made it that size from the start.

Improve PNG export quality for instagram posts

Larisa Ponomarenko
I purchased the paid version of Gamma specifically for creating posts — I need to design Instagram carousels quickly and efficiently. But it turned out that making posts here is practically impossible.
The text becomes so tiny after export that it’s unreadable. In the editor, everything looks fine, but when saved as PNG, the font shrinks to the point where you need a magnifying glass.
If I had known this would be the case, I wouldn’t have paid for it. Maybe it works for presentations, but for visual content on social media — no. Really disappointing. I was hoping this would be a functional tool.

Font-size settings in themes for smart diagrams

Allow to set up Font Sizes for smart diagrams on the Theme level. Working on presentations and LinkedIn Carousel a lot, i see how much unnecessary time i spent in always setting up Larger smart diagram headers, and also the body text.
I probably can use the AI Agent, but it's a waste of effort & it sometimes takes too long for simple operations.
I checked every corner, but if i missed it, let me know please!
Thank you!

Thanks for the feedback, David Chonoko. Can you share more about your workflow?
Which social platforms are you posting to most often, and what specific issues are you seeing with readability? (text too small, layout breaking, etc.)
David Chonoko
Chaemin Ahn (Design @ Gamma) Hi Chaemin, I have attached an example here. This is after I have increased the font to 'heading 3' and made it large and bold. I downloaded it to PNG (an acceptable format for Facebook). So, yes text is too small even after trying to enlarge it.

Thanks for the detailed context, Pavol H. I hear you on the repetitive manual work.
Are there specific smart diagram types you use frequently that would benefit most from theme-level font settings?
Alison (Design @ Gamma)
Hi Larisa Ponomarenko, can you share an example? The original link and the export would be ideal!
