Improve sharing behavior and mechanics

There are 3 places to share, and it's super confusing whether or not I can share this with my team members, with prospects, or just publish it so anyone with the link can view it.

Share a presentation, it doesn't show up automatically in the other person's "shared with me" list. Even on the same team! You also cannot share folders.
What gives?!
