Icons to the left of text

The icon with text format only lets you add the icon above the text. It looks nice to have the icons to the left of text. The workaround my team uses now is creating a table with the left column being icons and the right rows being the content matched to the row's icon. It would be great if it was an option for the icon with text format to move the icons to the left.

Okay, this is actually live but you only see the control when text is left aligned, not center aligned. I think we're gonna remove that logic
