I have been going in circles to try to fix a padding issue on a card with AI

I have a 6 card document that looks perfect on the screen but card 2 text area gets shrunken when I export the PDF. It has massive padding on the top and bottom. It used to also have it on the right and left but the AI fixed that. We tried everything. Increased the amount of content added an image and even created a new page. No matter what we tried it keeps coming up with ONE card looking ridiculously out of balance.
I included a screenshot with the card before and after revealed so that you can see the issue.
I spend HOURS over the course of 2 days now and could've just designed it on my own in Illustrator or Canva by now.
Please fix this bug. Thank you!

Oof, I’m sorry. Spending hours fighting one weird PDF-only padding issue is the worst, and thanks for the screenshot and all the detail. I’ll pass this along to the team.
Quick couple questions so we can pin it down:
1) What browser + OS are you on, and does it happen every time you export?
2) How are you exporting (Print to PDF vs an Export PDF button), and does the padding show up in the PDF preview or only after opening the downloaded file (and in which viewer, like Preview/Acrobat/Chrome)?
