Getting rid of GAMMA link to my gmail account

Every time I try to send a link from my gmail account, GAMMA appears and wants to attach to an entirely different link. How do I get this to stop?

Not the issue. In my Gmail account I want to send a link (from another site). Immediately the GAMMA "send link" appears and I can not get rid of it.

Hi Elinor Garely, If I understand you correctly: when you're emailing a link to a gamma, the email is changing the link?
