Freeform image placement & layering

Hello everyone!
First of all, I want to say that you’re doing an absolutely fantastic job with Gamma—I’ve been seeing impressive improvements every month! I do have one specific feature request regarding image handling. Currently, we can insert images only in a gallery layout with three pictures in a row or add an image in a column.
It would be amazing to have more flexible options for inserting images—for example, placing pictures at varying heights relative to each other, or layering one image over another by adjusting the stacking order. I’m attaching a couple of screenshots to illustrate what I mean.
If you happen to see these suggestions one day, that would be wonderful! Thanks so much for your hard work!

Hey Tommy H, love this suggestion. Being able to drag text/labels around like Canva would make layout tweaks way faster. When you say “text/labels,” are you thinking inside a card/page canvas, or more like charts/diagrams? And is the main goal freeform positioning anywhere, or just quick nudges/alignment within a grid? I’ll pass this along to the team.

Here is a good example. I had Gamma AI create the laptop image and wanted to layer an image on top to represent a website. The AI struggled so I ended up using another service to create and then loaded back in.
