Folder Drag Drop not working

Using Chrome: Folder drag-and-drop works once, then completely stops.
Tried hard refresh, navigation reset, resizing, reopening decks — nothing restores drag functionality.
Occurs consistently in top-level Home view.

Joshua Alvord yes, if it's a site as Raise Investor Capital Admin pointed out it can't live in a folder. It's a data modeling limitation we're working to fix as we speak, but requires a large data migration/BE engineering.
If it's a normal gamma then it may be a bug
