The most frustrating thing about this platform is it consistently deselects the full amount of text I'm trying to edit. Every. Fucking. Time. For the love of decks, make it stop doing that ASAP.

Hi Nik, the video will show what I'm talking about.
Single click to place the cursor, then single click hold while dragging over text. The shift+click is my backup when the drag isn't working right. The video shows only me doing the click+drag, which as you can see works sometimes and sometimes doesn't.

Hey James Drumm, sorry about this. That sounds insanely frustrating.
When it deselects, can you share:
1) What you’re doing right before it happens (click-drag, shift+arrow, double/triple click, etc)
2) Where you’re editing (inside a card, in presenter view, comments, etc)
3) Browser + OS (and if it happens with trackpad vs mouse)
If you can grab a quick screen recording, even 10 seconds, I’ll pass it to the team so they can reproduce it faster.
