Feedback on corrupted generation, which leads to wasted credits

There seems to be an error during generating the slides and when I re generate it in hopes that it will be rectified, it is still the same. When I export it to edit in powerpoint, it shows that the export is corrupted. There should be a way to tell if the file is corrupted. I've wasted credits because of this, with no results.

Oof, sorry about that. Wasting credits on a generation that comes out corrupted (and then exports corrupted) is super frustrating. Thanks for the screenshot too, that helps a lot. I’ll pass this along to the team, and I really like your suggestion about having a clear “this file is corrupted” warning before export.
Quick couple questions so we can narrow it down:
1) Does the deck look corrupted inside Gamma too (like the garbled text in your screenshot), or only after exporting to PowerPoint?
2) What browser + OS are you on, and does it happen on every regen for that same deck or only with certain prompts/content?
