Problems and solutions in workers' housing
1. Delayed maintenance
• Problems: lighting failures, water leaks, broken heaters and refrigerators, delayed provision of spare parts, slow approvals of new assets.
• Solutions: periodic maintenance schedule, inventory of essential spare parts, expedited approval procedures, direct communication with purchases and finances.
2. Overcrowding in apartments
• Problems: a large number of female workers in a small space, lack of storage cabinets for personal items and kitchen utensils.
• Solutions: providing additional storage cabinets, redistributing interior spaces.
3. Consumer cleaning tools
• Problems: delayed delivery, insufficient quantities for daily hygiene.
• Solutions: increased inventory to cover a long period, a steady and regular supply schedule.
4. Personal hygiene items for female workers
• Problems: delays in the provision of shampoo and personal items, customer complaints and the return of female workers.
• Solutions: establishing a permanent inventory of personal items, priority supply, continuous follow-up with purchases.
5. Training female workers
• Problems: sending untrained workers to customers, providing unsatisfactory service.
• Solutions: mandatory pre-work training programs, periodic evaluation of female workers, granting certificates of appreciation and incentive rewards.
6. The accumulation of damaged furniture and appliances (tuning)
• Problems: damaged chairs, cupboards, heaters that take up space and affect the appearance of housing.
• Solutions: periodic inventory of the synthesis, rapid transfer and destruction, and the allocation of a team to follow up the tuning.
7. Communication and Motivation
• Problems: lack of regular meetings with management, poor appreciation and motivation for female workers.
• Solutions: holding periodic meetings between housing supervisors and management, promoting communication, appreciation and continuous motivation, providing positive motivation mechanisms
