Erro no Agent

Every time I use Agent, an error occurs and my card generation and editing command is not executed. Another issue is when the error doesn't occur, but there's simply no editing. In short, I've never been able to get an edition through this main feature of the system

Ah bummer, sorry you’re hitting that. Can you share 2 quick details so we can pass something actionable to the team?
1) What happens exactly when it errors (any message text) and what are the exact steps you take right before it fails?
2) When it “does nothing,” are you expecting existing cards to change, or new cards to be generated, and what’s one example command you used?
