Catastrophe

Good morning,
I have been using Gamma for several months and despite some malfunctions I have always managed to do what I wanted, but today, it is a disaster.
The AI agent used up all my credits without solving any of my problems:
- maps in English
- text size in md instead of lg
- confusion and inappropriate images even though I gave him a template to follow and a very clear prompt.
I lost 2 hours of my time so that he finally offered me to upgrade to the PRO version.
Very, very frustrating.
1) You really need to dive into the layout of the text because the AI agent is completely incompetent to standardize the texts.
2) It is essential that you offer the possibility of changing a default text size. For my case, I use Gamma to produce A4 documents that will be printed, and it's impossible to read anything in MD.
Thanks for your quick feedback, I'm losing confidence in the tool, honestly.

Raphaël Enzo Guidet ah man, I’m really sorry. Burning 2 hours plus your credits and then getting nudged to Pro is not ok.
A couple quick questions so I can pass something concrete to the team:
1) When you say “cartes en anglais”, is it the whole output language or just certain blocks like titles/buttons/captions? And were you prompting in French the whole time?
2) For the text size issue, where are you seeing md instead of lg (body text, headings, captions)? If you can share one screenshot of a page that’s meant for A4 print, that’d help a ton.
Totally hear you on needing a default text size for print workflows. I’ll flag that request and the “AI can’t reliably normalize typography” pain to the team.
