allow frame embeds to be used in gammas, without having to click to open them (Please please please!)
Tom Harris
I find Gamma's embed feature fairly unusable because while functionally you can get it to work, the UI makes it so much worse compared to the rest of the Gamma experience that it sticks out like a sore thumb. What I would love is to be able to embed something and then be able to click it straight away and interact with it rather than having to open it in a new window inside the Gamma. Because Vibe coding makes it so easy to create interactive features, I can see this being a real killer feature

often custom HTML/JS, and i mean full inline interaction - that would be great!

Tom Harris: That's helpful. We've actually explored the idea of fully native code cards before, but embeds feel like a nice intermediate solution
The main potential issue I foresee w/ interactivity out of the gate is accidentally trapping scroll events, but since they're full bleed may be less of an issue

Totally hear you, Tom Harris. Having embeds that you can’t interact with inline is a pretty jarring break from the rest of the Gamma flow. Thanks for spelling it out, I’ll pass this to the team.
Quick couple questions so we capture it right:
1) What are you embedding most often (Figma, Airtable, custom HTML/JS, something else), and is it always the same “click to open” behavior?
2) When you say “click it straight away,” do you mean full inline interaction (scroll, type, drag, etc) right on the page, or just opening the embed in-place without a separate window?
