Improve AI editing and AI editor

I clicked the + for a new card and hoped and prayed to the AI editor. Here's what I said. I would like two images side-by-side in this slide. Seems simple enough right? My goal is to make a 'before and after' slide.
Well not only did it delete the new slide that I created for the before and after purpose, but it just generated a photo OVER text in an existing slide 
AI editor FTW.
And this is the editor I'm supposed to be paying credits for?

Centralize the UX so i don't have to fiddle around to navigate to edit the image vs. edit the layout vs. content from 3 different places. The UI needs to be much simpler.

Its not very good. The hard part is that you have taken off the button that allows you to share an imagine with the AI chat. Meaning you can't show it what you mean or allow it to merge to images together.

Really frustrating and now I have to use other AI platforms to generate the images I need

Hi Brad Channer, can you share a screenshot? We haven't removed the AI image editing functionality, so this may be a bug.

Alison (Design @ Gamma)There you go. On the bottom left. I want it to Merge our logo into a photo but I can only get it to use an image if I add it in - and then ask to speak to the AI bot. The bot tells me to push the button in the chat bar for adding an image but it isn't there :(

Sarebbe molto comodo poter agire con l'AI su un gruppo di cards selezionate. Ad esmpio poter richiedere all'AI di Rendere tutto più visivo selezionando due o più carte dalla pellicola di sinistra.

Hi Alison (Design @ Gamma)... sì conosco quella funzione... ma agisce forzatamente su tutte le carte della presentazione... sarebbe anche più comodo poter selezionare un gruppo di card della presentazione (es. N<=ALL) in modo da dire all'AI di operare via prompt solo su quelle... Many THX 😉

Clearer integration of AI assistant

The AI assistant now lives in too many places, has different abilities depending on where you manage to catch it, and doesn't always understand what is going on. I suggest you add one 1) main assistant as is now, but with better abilities and context window, 2) one main AI assistant button per card, as an always visible icon, and 3) an AI option popping up when you select any text/elements. This would clarify and make it more useful and intuitive.

the new AI UI is very bad, text field is too short,and we can't have a conversation to iterate on things, its just one command at a time and no history. too limited and its not simpler, its more confusing
