AI Agent gets rid of my custom color changes when I ask for formatting updates

The AI Agent is cool. You have a bug - If you change say the colors of some of the text in your slides, when you ask the agent to make certain changes across all / some slides it reverts back to the old color that it originally generated - Needs to preserve your custom color and only make the edit you requested

Thank for your message. I am changing the color by selecting the text and then picking a color. It most definitely happens when I tell it to make fonts bigger across multiple slides at the same time. It has happened more than once across different gammas.
I will check the AI agent log to see whether it happens when I ask for a rewrite so I can share a screenshot. You are most welcome to look inside my account at any logs if you wish. Nothing confidential in there !

Hey Angela Sutton, thanks for the super clear writeup. That definitely sounds like a bug, custom styling should not get blown away just because you asked for a formatting pass. I’ll pass this to the team.
Quick couple details so we can reproduce it:
1) Are you changing colors via the theme/palette, or manually selecting text and picking a custom color?
2) When it reverts, does it happen on every agent edit, or only certain requests (like “make headings bigger” vs “rewrite copy”)? If you can share a quick screenshot or the exact prompt you used, that’d help a ton.
