Agent captures icon change as an attachment in the chat

When I used the Agent and then clicked on an icon in the layout to change it, the icon was added as an attachment to the Agent's chat. After deleting the attachment and closing the Agent chat, clicking the icon again was still added as an attachment and the icon selector didn't open. The only alternative solution was to remove the icon from the layout and add it again to be able to change it. Attached video.

Thanks for the super detailed report (and the video) Gov Digital. That definitely sounds like a bug where clicking an icon gets routed into the Agent chat attachment flow instead of opening the icon picker, and we’ll pass this along to the team.
Quick couple questions to help us reproduce:
1) What device + browser were you on (and approx version)?
2) Does it only happen after you’ve opened the Agent chat once, or can it happen in a fresh doc too?
3) If you duplicate the doc/layout, does the issue follow the duplicate or only that original one?
