Admins should be able to delete/send to trash any template or Gamma

admin-only delete option for:
workspace templates (Templates tab), and
any manually created Gamma in the workspace (not just API-generated ones).
Right now you can't remove garbage, ophaned work which leads to confusion on which file is the right one. This is basic file admin functionalty.

Ideally, I would see the workflow for delete to send it to trash. Then if the admin wanted to permanently delete it, they would delete it in the trssh folder. Just like it would work on a Mac or Windows. I would see adding the audit trail as a nice to have for Admin's but could be scoped as a second enhancement - that probably is a lot more work to implement correctly as well. The biggest pain is the orphaned and junk stuff creating the confusion. Thanks for the consideration.

Totally hear you blueskysolutions. Not being able to clean up orphaned or junk stuff in a workspace is a fast path to “which one is the real doc” confusion. I’ll pass this along to the team as an admin-only ability to trash/delete both workspace templates and any manually created Gammas.
Quick question so we scope it right: do you need true permanent delete, or would “send to trash” with restore (and maybe an audit trail of who deleted it) cover the main use case?
