Account-wide backup for disaster recovery

Tthe possibility of creating account-wide backups. We require this functionality for disaster recovery restores. We use Gamma extensively across our organization, and it is not feasible for us to store and manage individual backups for every separate asset. An account-wide backup capability would be essential to ensure business continuity and efficient recovery in the event of an incident.

Totally hear you, Flanc BV — if you’re using Gamma org-wide, “download every doc one by one” is not a disaster recovery plan (ask me how I know 😅). A true account-wide/org-wide backup + restore flow makes a ton of sense for business continuity.
Quick couple questions so we can scope this right:
- Are you looking for a full restore capability (put everything back into Gamma), or is an export-only archive acceptable as long as it’s complete?
- What format/workflow would work best on your side: scheduled automated backups (e.g. nightly) via API, or a one-click admin export from a console (and what formats—PDF/PPTX/Markdown/JSON)?
If you’ve got an example of another tool that does this well (or a quick Loom of your ideal admin workflow), I’d love to see it and I’ll pass it to the team.
