About losing credits when cancel Pro subscriptions

I think that when cancel Pro subscriptions, you guys should remain the credits that I haven't used yet. WHY I have to lose all credits just because I don't have any need for the renewable subscription? Give me back my credits :)

Totally hear you, Khoa Le. Losing unused credits when you cancel feels rough, and I’ll pass this feedback to the team.
Quick question so we capture it right: are you expecting unused credits to (1) roll over after cancel, (2) stay available until they’re used, or (3) be refunded as a one-time credit pack?
