Have subscribed the service and need an invoice as supporting. Unable to open the "Manage Subscription" link sent by the AI customer service. Please let me know where i can get the invoice

If you're still struggling to access your subscription, it may be because you are not the billing admin. In that case, Support can email you the invoice.
