Lost connection / can't import

First I tried to import a PP and it told me that the connection was lost, then I went ahead and summarized that same PP in a word and when I imported it and selected the template, it told me that the connection was lost.
I contacted customer service but they didn't help me, they take a long time to respond and they haven't told me differently than what the page already says.
Then try to pass the text, little text to try and the same thing happens.

Actually whit any type of work I select, I have the same problem. I already try the 3 options.
